Changes or scratches need to be sent to Brett Carney (brettcarney10@gmail.com) by 8:00 pm on Sunday, May 10th. All entries must be declared on BOUND. * Enter previous performance marks/times or enter as marks/times as accurately as possible. * Coaches Meeting @ 4:00, Field Events @ 4:30, Running Events @ 5:00 * Heat Sheets will be handed out at the meeting. Final results will only be posted on Bound. Entry Information: * 2 Participants for Discus, Shot Put (Varsity portion) followed by 1 flight of up to three extra participants (please put them as NO MARK so we know who is throwing in that portion. * Varsity throwers will be given 4 attempts. * One Flight - 2 or 4 throws at attempt, lowest mark starts - all must check-in at start of event * Extra will be given 4 attempts as well * 3 Participants (1 non-scoring) for High Jump and Long Jump * Girls open at 4’2”, Boys open at 5’2”. The bar will be raised at 2” intervals until 6’0” for the boys and 5’0” for the girls. The bar will be raised 1” after those intervals. * Bar height will not drop, athletes need to communicate with the event clerk if running. * Athletes will have 3 attempts per height, tiebreaker is based on previous misses. * Long Jump - participants will be given 4 attempts w/ no finals * 2 Participants may score in Individual Running Events where 3 Participants are allowed * 1 Varsity Team per Relay // Non-Varsity Relays: Extra 4x100m and Throwers Only 4x100m Awards / Scoring: Events are scored through eight positions, 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 * All events are Final - Medals and Plaque are available at the end of the meet in the Pressbox * Top 3 individual events and top 2 team events medal. Team Championship Plaque for most team points B/G. Track Equipment: Pleasantville is proud to share our facility with you, please help us take care of it. * 3/16” Pyramid Spikes allowed on track and runways * Each school provides their own batons, discus, and shot put. * Starting blocks will be provided at each race start location * Tennis balls or other marking systems may be used - No Tape on Track LJ, & HJ surfaces. Facilities: * Running athletes check-in at the PLEASANTVILLE TROJANS CHECK-IN TENT. (black tent, south side of track by 100 M start line on the turf) * High Jump will be on the north end of the football field. * Long Jump, Discus, & Shot Put are located on the north side of the track outside the fence. * Missing athletes will not be called to the event, if not present they will be scratched. * 4pm - Coaches report to the building on the northeast side of the track- meeting, heat sheets, meal tickets. * Coaches must remain outside the fence during the competition, unless for an injury. * Locker Rooms will only be available in the event of Severe Weather. * No Tents or Team Camps inside of track on the turf. Camps can be on the NE part of the stadium or to the right of the discus/shot put area in the grass. * Concession stand will be open and restrooms are available. Bus Directions: * When arriving @ Pleasantville, pull into the elementary loop (East of stadium). Please do not arrive before 3:30 PM. Senior Night: * Senior night acknowledgement will be following the 3200 m run on the front stretch.
